At FoxInk, your privacy is taken seriously. In line with GDPR regulations, any personal or medical information collected through our website, booking system, or consultation forms will only be used for insurance, medical, and treatment purposes.

We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties or marketing companies. Information we may request includes your name, address, date of birth, email, medical history, and GP details.

This is necessary for booking and ensuring you are suitable for treatment, as certain medical conditions, medications, or allergies may affect results or pose health risks. Failure to provide this information may impact your results or compromise your health and safety.

Booking Fees

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day.

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment value. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

Your initial appointment may be rescheduled once only. Further rescheduling will incur a fee. Rescheduling of complimentary touch-up appointments will always incur a fee, regardless of notice given.

Correction Work

We do not offer correction work over other artists’ permanent makeup or tattoos.

If you have previous work in the area you wish to book (e.g. brows, lips, tattoos), you must contact us directly before booking. Booking without disclosing previous work may result in us being unable to proceed, and your booking fee will be lost.

Patch Tests

Some treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you fail to complete a patch test, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee lost. Please note: patch tests do not guarantee the absence of an allergic reaction. Reactions are rare but possible, with or without a patch test.

By booking, you accept full responsibility should an allergic response occur.

Cancellation Policy

Arrivals & Lateness

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited. Treatments are booked into specific time slots; late arrivals may not be accommodated.

The Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time.

Rudeness, disrespect, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. FoxInk reserves the right to update or amend Terms & Conditions when necessary.

Children & Guests

Please attend your appointment alone.

Children and guests cannot be accommodated in the treatment room, as they may distract the artist and compromise safety.

Environment

Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside the studio.

Please avoid taking phone calls in the treatment room as this may cause distraction. Treatments can take several hours; please plan accordingly.

Contraindications

You must disclose all medications, allergies, medical conditions, and skin conditions before treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your healed results, compromise your health, or result in cancellation of your appointment. You are responsible for updating us with any changes to your medical history at future appointments.

Refunds

All booking fees are non-refundable.

Once a treatment has been carried out, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payments

All treatments must be paid in full before leaving the premises.

We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
